1. Scope and Eligibility

These Terms govern your use of Trade With Mave. You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the site in your jurisdiction. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the site.

2. Educational and Non-Advisory Use Only

Trade With Mave provides educational and research content about market behavior and trading strategies. It does not provide personalized investment advice, recommendations, or suitability determinations. Trade With Mave is not registered as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or CTA/CPO. Any signal, model output, or commentary is informational only and may be hypothetical.

3. Paper Trading Console and User Responsibility

Any order-routing tools are designed for paper trading workflows and user-directed execution. You control whether to connect third-party broker credentials in your local frontend session, and you are solely responsible for reviewing and submitting any order. You are responsible for all account activity, position sizing, and risk management decisions.

4. Third-Party Services and Market Data

Trade With Mave may rely on third-party services (for example, brokerage APIs, cloud providers, and market-data feeds). Those services are outside our control and may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or inaccurate. Your use of third-party services is subject to those providers' terms and policies.

5. Assumption of Risk and Performance Disclosure

Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including risk of total loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Hypothetical, backtested, or simulated results have limitations and do not reflect actual trading conditions, liquidity, slippage, fees, or market impact.

6. Acceptable Use, Accounts, and Access

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with operations, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site for unlawful purposes. Some features may require authentication. You must maintain the confidentiality of your account access and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use.

7. Intellectual Property

Content on this site is owned by Trade With Mave or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from site content or software.

8. Third-Party Software Notices

Trade With Mave uses third-party open-source components. Notices for frontend/runtime components distributed to users are available from the Legal page.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, or accuracy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade With Mave and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, trading losses, or account losses, arising from or related to your use of the site or any third-party service. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trade With Mave and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the site, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

13. Changes, Severability, and Contact
